“Annual Cannabis Sales” are defined as the previous year’s revenue from Canadian gross cannabis sales, including adult recreational, medicinal and wholesale, before excise is removed. In the case of a merger or acquisition, cannabis sales should be the combined annual sales of both entities. “Cannabis Retail Sales” do not count towards the total and we encourage Retail Partners to join us through our Affiliate Membership offering.
