His career is marked by expertise in policy development and strategic stakeholder engagement. He played a key role in managing the British Columbia component of the Infrastructure Stimulus Program and led the redesign of financial benefits for Canadian Armed Forces veterans, significantly improving financial security for veteran families.

Paul has also provided high-level advisory support to senior officials, policymakers, and C-suite executives across the nation. Before becoming President at C3, he spent three years in the cannabis sector in multiple avenues.
Beyond his professional roles, Paul also serves as Vice Chair of Team Rubicon Canada, a veteran-led charitable organization that mobilizes disaster response efforts to aid communities affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises.
