Megan McCrae - Acting Chair

ORGANIGRAM INC

Ms. McCrae is a seasoned marketing professional with almost 20 years of consumer packaged goods marketing & sales management, communications, brand building, and consumer insights experience. Ms. McCrae is a cannabis industry veteran having started her career in cannabis in 2016 with Aphria Inc.

Ms. McCrae is currently SVP of Marketing and Communications with Organigram Inc., where she leads marketing, consumer insights, and corporate affairs and communications for the organization. Ms. McCrae also spent ten years in various global progressive consumer and trade marketing management roles with global tobacco giant, Japan Tobacco International (JTI).

Margaret Brodie

RUBICON ORGANICS

Margaret Brodie has been instrumental in building Rubicon Organics since it was founded in 2015. She began her tenure as the CFO of the Company, was was appointed Interim CEO January 2023 and CEO February 2024. Under her leadership in 2023 Rubicon was awarded the prestigious KIND Awards of “Cannabis Company of the Year” and “People’s Choice Best Weed,” and produced two of the top three most popular brands as recommended by Canadian Budtenders in a third-party evaluation. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and executive leadership, of which 10 were spent with KMPG working in the UK and Canada for global beverage and global mining companies. Ms. Brodie has also held numerous corporate development and CFO roles for listed companies

Julia Cameron

PURE SUNFARMS

Julia Cameron is the Vice President of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Pure Sunfarms. She oversees a portfolio including communications, government affairs, community relations, social responsibility, and customer care. Julia currently represents Pure Sunfarms as a founder and leader of the Cannabis Cultivators of British Columbia.She also serves as a Co-Chair of the BC Cannabis Working Group through the BC Chamber of Commerce and previously as a member of the National Cannabis Working Group and License Holder’s Council through the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Julia spent over a decade in professional consulting across public relations, communications and marketing.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of British Columbia and a Ted Rogers Executive MBA from the Toronto Metropolitan University. She graduated with Honours with a diploma in Marketing Management and an Associate Certificate in Mediation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She also holds certificates in Public Participation and Working Effectively with Indigenous Peoples.

Tabitha Davis

SNDL

Tabitha Davis serves as the Director of Regulatory and Government Relations at SNDL and is responsible for developing and executing the regulatory strategy for the company. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the Alberta Controlled Substances Council through the Alberta Chambers of Commerce.

Before joining SNDL and entering the cannabis industry, Tabitha worked in the pharmaceutical sector for Nature's Bounty/Vita Health (now part of Nestle), where she primarily focused on product stability and compliance auditing for OTC drugs and natural health products.

Tabitha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba and is an Honours Graduate of the Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical Industry postgraduate diploma program at Red Rover College. Most recently, she completed the Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) in Global Drugs.

Jen Meyers

ZELCA

Jen Meyers is the CEO + Founder of Zelca Ltd, a microprocessor and research license holder located in Calgary, Alberta. As an accomplished artist, Jen transitioned her passion for creating into the edible cannabis space. Zelca's flagship brand, Manna, is focused on creating products that are sustainable, mindful, and accessible while reframing what edible cannabis means to today’s consumer. Zelca’s mission is to foster creativity while also giving back to the community and supporting the Canadian cannabis industry, serving as an incubator and launchpad for other cultivators, brands, and creatives.

Andrew Potter

BLUE SKY HEMP VENTURES

Andrew has led Blue Sky Hemp Ventures since its establishment in late 2017. Through a differentiated strategy and a focus on cost-effective operations, Blue Sky has achieved 18 consecutive months of positive EBITDA and net income—an achievement that is rare in the Canadian hemp and cannabis sectors. The company is recognized for its strong track record of innovation, including the introduction of new hemp food products and pioneering efforts in minor cannabinoids within the Canadian market.

Prior to Blue Sky, Andrew had a distinguished career in the oil and gas sector. He was a top-ranked Oil & Gas analyst in Canada and served as Managing Director at CIBC World Markets and UBS Securities. Following a successful 15-year tenure in Equity Research, he joined Cenovus Energy, where he spent four years as Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

Terry Doucet

TREASURER

Terry Doucet is Cronos Group’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, serving on the company’s executive team and overseeing all legal and regulatory affairs at the company. Terry joined Cronos in 2018 from Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where he worked as a corporate lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on complex, cross-border transactions across various industries.

Terry holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a joint honours (first class) Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in Montreal.
